Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the AGMS marketing site, account area, library, checkout flow, and related APIs. It does not cover games or experiences you operate using AGMS products — those are governed by the relevant platform operator's policies and your own privacy practices.

Account & authentication

• Email address — sign-in, order matching, download notifications, and support.
• Name and profile image — when provided by Discord OAuth or your account profile.
• Discord user ID — only if you choose to sign in with or link Discord.
• Session tokens — stored to keep you signed in (Auth.js database sessions).

Commerce

• Order metadata — product purchased, order status, amount, currency, Paddle transaction ID, and purchase timestamp.
• Download activity — which files you accessed, grant expiry, and download counts for abuse prevention.

Reviews

• Review content — rating, title, body, optional use case, and product version when you submit a verified review.

Technical

• Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request paths) for security and debugging, retained for a limited period.

• Passwords, cookies, or session tokens from third-party platforms you use with our products.
• Full payment card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
• In-game player data from your experiences unless you voluntarily send it to us in a support request.

• Authenticate you and maintain your account.
• Fulfill purchases and provide library downloads.
• Send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts where applicable).
• Display verified product reviews on the site.
• Grant optional Discord community roles when you link accounts.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized sharing of downloads.
• Improve the site and comply with legal obligations.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate:

• Paddle — payment processing and order webhooks. Their privacy policy governs checkout data they collect.
• Resend — delivery of magic-link sign-in emails.
• Discord — OAuth when you choose Discord sign-in; Discord receives data per their policies.
• Hosting & database — infrastructure providers that store our application database and static assets (for example PostgreSQL, object storage, and deployment hosts configured in our environment).

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

• Account data is kept while your account is active and as needed for legal or support purposes.
• Order records are retained to honor licenses, prevent fraud, and support tax or accounting requirements.
• Reviews you publish remain until removed by you or moderated by us.
• Server logs are rotated or deleted on a schedule appropriate for security needs.

We use industry-standard practices for hosted applications: encrypted transport (HTTPS), access-controlled databases, and secrets stored in environment configuration rather than source code. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; contact us if you believe your account is compromised.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access or correct personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

To exercise these rights, email the support address in the footer with the subject line "Privacy request" and the email tied to your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can sign out at any time and unlink Discord from your account settings when that feature is available.

The site is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will delete it.

We may process and store data in countries where we or our providers operate. By using the site, you understand your data may be transferred to jurisdictions with different privacy laws than your own.

We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Significant changes may also be communicated by email when appropriate.
