Refund Policy
AGMS sells digital software with instant delivery. This policy explains why purchases are non-refundable.
AGMS products are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase (library access and downloadable files). Because the product is provided electronically and cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final — no refunds are available.
Why refunds are not offered
- You receive instant access to downloadable files and documentation as soon as payment completes.
- Digital software cannot be "un-delivered" once a download link has been issued or files have been retrieved.
- License and library access are tied to your account immediately at checkout.
Before you buy
Review the documentation, pricing, product page, and compatibility notes. If you are unsure whether AGMS fits your experience, contact support using the address in the site footer before purchasing.
Technical issues
If you encounter a reproducible setup problem after purchase, contact support with your order ID, Studio version, and steps to reproduce. We will help troubleshoot within the scope of your license, but technical assistance does not constitute a refund.
Chargebacks
Filing an unauthorized chargeback after receiving digital goods may result in revocation of library access and license entitlements linked to the order, as described in our Terms of Service.
