Terms of Service

"AGMS," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of this website and the AGMS product line. The site provides product information, product documentation, account access, a download library, and checkout for digital goods.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you purchase on behalf of a group or studio, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for activity under your account.

AGMS products are downloadable software and related materials delivered electronically. After payment is confirmed, you receive access through your account Library and any download links we provide. Delivery is considered complete when library access or download capability is granted.

Product descriptions, version numbers, compatibility notes, and platform requirements on each product page are part of the offering. Third-party platforms may change their APIs or policies; we update products when practical but do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with every future platform release.

Each purchase grants a perpetual license as described on that product's page. The license does not expire and permits unlimited use within the deployment scope stated on the product page for as long as you comply with these terms.

Platform-specific rules (supported hosts, deployment limits, and third-party policy obligations) are listed under "Product-specific scope" on each product page — not in this general Terms document. If you buy a product labeled for a specific platform, you agree to that product's scope.

Updates and new versions published for the product are included with your purchase while your account and library access remain in good standing. See our Pricing page for how products are sold.

You may modify the product only within the licensed scope on the product page.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute source or compiled assets.
• Publish or share purchase files publicly (forums, GitHub, etc.).
• Use one license across multiple unrelated experiences beyond what the product page allows.
• Remove or obscure license or attribution requirements.

Sign-in uses email magic links (via Resend) and optional Discord OAuth. Library downloads and order history are tied to the email used at checkout. Keep your email secure; we are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials.

Optional Discord linking stores your Discord user ID to support community features (such as a customer role). Linking Discord is not required to download or use purchased products on third-party platforms.

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Paddle (merchant of record for card payments). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Order metadata (order ID, product, amount, status) is stored to fulfill purchases and support your library.

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted. See our Pricing page for what we sell and how fees work. Taxes may apply based on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Digital products are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or products for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape paid downloads, or share library access with non-purchasers.
• Reverse engineer the site solely to replicate our storefront.
• Abuse support channels, reviews, or chargeback processes.
• Use our products to harass users or violate applicable third-party terms.

We may suspend or revoke library access for violations, fraud, or chargebacks filed after delivery of digital goods.

The AGMS name, branding, website content, and product source (except where your license explicitly allows modification for your experience) remain our intellectual property. Your license does not transfer ownership of the software to you.

Reviews and feedback you submit may be displayed on the site. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content for marketing and product improvement.

Products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant uninterrupted site uptime, error-free software, or that AGMS will meet every moderation need in your game. You are responsible for configuring permissions and security appropriately on whatever platform you deploy to.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGMS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or products, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights (including platform operator policies).

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes apply from the date posted. Continued use of the site or library after changes constitutes acceptance.
